1). FEE jastip (Ticket Only maupun Tour Package) ditentukan berdasarkan tingkat kesulitan untuk mendapatkan tiket, platform/website ticketing, jumlah penonton dalam section tersebut & benefit yang didapatkan. Jika ada penambahan harga dari website maka akan ditagihkan kepada buyer setelah ticketing selesai.
1). The ticketing services FEE (for Ticket Only as well as Tour Package) is determined based on the level of difficulty in obtaining the ticket, the ticketing platform/website, the number of attendees in the selected section, and the benefits included. If there is any price increase from the ticketing website, the additional cost will be charged to the buyer after the ticketing process is completed.2). Tiket akan diurus menggunakan data FAL.ID Team sampai berbentuk fisik (kami tidak menerima request membeli tiket menggunakan data customer kecuali jika ada kondisi tertentu seperti ketentuan tambahan dari promotor). FAL.ID tidak memberikan jaminan seluruh tiket akan dapat, namun kami akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar seluruh customer mendapatkan tiket (Jika tidak berhasil mendapat tiket maka seluruh biaya akan dikembalikan atau FULL REFUND tanpa potongan apapun kecuali jika ada biaya admin bank dalam jangka waktu proses 1-5 hari. Pada saat proses refund, dilarang untuk mendesak admin melalukan refund secepatnya dikarenakan refund akan dilakukan sesuai urutan)
2). The tickets will be processed using FAL.ID Team data until they are in physical form (we do not accept requests to purchase tickets using customer’s data except if there’s any conditions such as additional rules from the promotor). FAL.ID does not guarantee that all tickets will be gotten, but we will try our best to ensure that all customers get tickets. If tickets are not obtained, the FULL REFUND will be provided without any deductions except if there’s any bank admin fee within a processing time of 1-5 days. During the refund process, it is prohibited to press the admin for an immediate refund because refunds will be processed based in the order3). Customer hanya bisa memilih section namun TIDAK bisa memilih bagian section seperti A/B/C/D (jika ada) karena nantinya akan menyesuaikan bagian section yang didapatkan tim ticketing FAL.ID (Contoh: customer memilih section CAT 1, nantinya akan dapat random antara CAT 1 A, CAT 1 B atau CAT 1 C). Lalu untuk ketentuan pindah section, jika customer sudah melakukan pembayaran (DP maupun FULL PAYMENT) maka sudah tidak bisa mengganti priority section dengan alasan apapun.
3). Customers can only choose the section but CANNOT choose specific subsections like A/B/C/D (if applicable) because it will be determined by FAL.ID ticketing team. (Example: if customer selects CAT 1 section, they will randomly receive between CAT 1 A, CAT 1 B, or CAT 1 C). As for the rules regarding section changes, if the customer has made a payment (either DP or FULL PAYMENT), they cannot change the priority section for any reason.4). Customer tidak diperbolehkan untuk request QN ataupun Seat Number. Jika customer booking lebih dari 1 (satu) slot, FAL.ID tidak dapat menjanjikan nomor antrian atau nomor kursi berurutan
4). Customers are not allowed to request QN or Seat Number. If a customer books more than 1 (one) slot, FAL.ID cannot guarantee side-by-side queue numbers or seat numbers5). Jika tiket berhasil didapatkan maka FAL.ID admin akan memberikan info melalui GO maksimal 1x24 jam, namun FAL.ID admin tidak akan memberikan e-ticket kepada buyer dengan alasan apapun untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak dinginkan. Dimohon customer untuk memahami poin ini dikarenakan kami TIDAK akan mentoleransi customer yang memaksa FAL.ID Admin untuk mengirimkan e-ticket
5). If the ticket is successfully purchased, FAL.ID admin will provide information via Group Order within a maximum of 1x24 hours. However, FAL.ID admin will not send an e-ticket to the buyer for any reason to avoid undesirable situations. Customers are requested to understand this point, as we will NOT tolerate buyers who force FAL.ID Admin to send an e-ticket6). CANCEL SLOT = DP HANGUS
6). CANCEL = DP NON-REFUNDABLE7). Cancel setelah tiket dibeli = NO REFUND
7). Cancellation after ticket purchase = NO REFUND8). Jika konser dibatalkan oleh promotor sebelum tanggal penjualan tiket maka dana akan dikembalikan FULL REFUND tanpa potongan apapun
8). If the concert is canceled by the promoter before the ticket sale date, the funds will be fully refunded without any deductions9). Jika konser sudah diumumkan dan tiket sudah dibeli namun promotor membatalkan konser maka dana akan dikembalikan setelah promotor me-refund dana tiket dengan potongan FEE jastip
9). If the concert has been announced, and tickets have been purchased, but the promoter cancels the concert, the funds will be refunded after the promoter refunds the ticket funds with a jastip (ticketing service) fee deduction10). Akan ada Group Order untuk nantinya FAL.ID Admin memberikan informasi perihal tiket namun jika buyer menganggu ketertiban maka FAL.ID Admin akan mengeluarkan buyer dari GO tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu
10). There will be a Group Order where FAL.ID Admin will provide information about tickets. However, if a buyer disrupts the order, FAL.ID Admin will remove the buyer from the Group Order without prior notice11). Customer yang tidak mentaati T&C, menyebarkan rumor/memprovokasi, memaksakan kehendak dengan perlakuan yang tidak pantas serta bertindak semena-mena terhadap FAL.ID Admin ataupun FAL.ID Team, maka akan di BLACKLIST secara tidak terhormat tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu
11). Customers who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions, spread rumors/provoke, impose their will with inappropriate behavior, and act arbitrarily towards FAL.ID Admin or FAL.ID Team, will be BLACKLISTED without prior notice12). Bagi yang menyebarkan data bersifat privasi seperti info penting di grup jastip, list customer jastip, data section beserta QN/SN, dan lain-lain kepada orang luar atau yang bukan peserta jastip tanpa consent dari FAL.ID Admin maka akan dikenakan denda sebesar IDR 500.000 atau tiket yang didapatkan akan HANGUS tanpa refund apapun
12). For those who share private data to the outsider or not participating in the ticketing service, such as; crucial information in the Group Order, the customers list, section data along with QN/SN, and others, without consent from FAL.ID Admin, a fine of IDR 500,000 will be imposed, or the obtained ticket will be FORFEITED without any refund.13). FAL.ID tidak menerima titip jual tiket serta akan menolak segala bentuk permintaan untuk mempromosikan tiket baik itu milik customer ataupun dari orang luar yang tidak bekerja sama dengan kami. Dimohon untuk lebih teliti serta berhati-hati karena segala kerugian atas penipuan pihak lain yang mengatasnamakan FAL.ID bukan bagian dari tanggung jawab kami
13). FAL.ID does not accept ticket reselling and will reject any requests to promote tickets, whether they belong to customers or individuals not affiliated with us. Please be more cautious and attentive, as any losses due to fraud/scam by others claiming to represent FAL.ID are not our responsibility
1). Range FEE Jastip tiket dapat berbeda-beda untuk tiap konser nya
1). The range of Jastip/ticketing services fee may vary for each concert2). FEE Jastip ditentukan berdasarkan beberapa poin seperti lokasi konser, tingkat kesulitan untuk mendapatkan tiketnya, hal yang diperlukan untuk membeli tiket tersebut serta sistem dalam pembelian sampai penukaran tiket
2). Jastip/ticketing services fee is determined based on several factors such as the concert location, the difficulty in obtaining the tickets, the requirements for purchasing the tickets, and the system involved in the purchase and ticket exchange3). Minimal slot untuk jastip tiket di luar negeri yaitu 8-10 tiket (Jika slot tidak memenuhi maka FAL.ID tidak membuka jastip di negara tersebut kecuali tiket dapat dicetak sendiri atau berbentuk print-at-home ticket)
3). The minimum slot for Jastip/ticketing services of international events is 8-10 tickets. (If the slot is not filled, FAL.ID will not open a service in that country unless the tickets can be self-printed or are in print-at-home ticket format)4). Tidak ada minimal slot untuk jastip tiket di Jakarta
4). There is no minimum slot requirement for Jastip/ticketing services in Jakarta5). Pengambilan tiket fisik dilakukan pada hari H di venue konser (Tiket dapat diambil sebelum hari H hanya jika admin atau tim yang bertugas telah menentukan tempat serta waktu pengambilan)
5). Physical ticket collection is done on the day of the concert at the concert venue. (Tickets can be collected before the concert day only if the admin or the assigned team has determined the place and time for collection)6). Pengambilan tiket fisik harus dilakukan secara langsung serta tidak dapat dilakukan secara online melalui Gosend, Grabsend, dan lain-lain
6). Physical ticket collection must be done in person and cannot be done online through services like Gosend, Grabsend, etc7). FAL.ID tidak menerima opslot atau oper-slot. Jika customer mendadak tidak dapat menonton konser maka tiket tetap harus diambil menggunakan data customer tersebut dengan menggunakan surat kuasa bertandatangan diatas materai serta fotokopi KTP/ID Valid pemegang tiket utama. Hal tersebut boleh dilakukan dengan catatan, perwakilan pemegang tiket TIDAK DIPERBOLEHKAN untuk join kedalam GO jastip dengan alasan apapun serta admin tidak akan menjawab pertanyaan mengenai info jastip (yang bersifat privasi/hanya boleh diketahui oleh pemegang tiket utama) yang diajukan oleh perwakilan pemegang tiket/orang luar yang nama nya tidak terdaftar dalam data FAL.ID
7). FAL.ID does not accept pass-slot. If a customer suddenly cannot attend the concert, the ticket must still be collected using the customer‘s data with a signed power of attorney on stamped paper and a photocopy of the main ticket holder's KTP/Valid ID. This can be done with the condition that the representative of the ticket holder is NOT ALLOWED to join the Group Order for any reason, and the admin will not respond to questions regarding Jastip information (which is private and can only be known by the main ticket holder) asked by representatives of ticket holders/outsiders whose names are not registered in the FAL.ID data
1). Tour Package sudah termasuk tiket konser yang akan diurus sampai berbentuk fisik dengan QN/SN terbaik dibandingkan dengan peserta jastip ticket only, namun kami juga membuka slot Tour bagi yang sudah memiliki tiket dan hanya ingin mengambil paket Tour Only
1). The Tour Package includes concert tickets that will be arranged until they are in physical form with the best QN/SN compared to other participants. However, we also offer Tour slots for those who already have tickets and only want to take the Tour Only package2). Tour Package TIDAK termasuk tiket pesawat namun FAL.ID Team dapat membantu untuk mencarikan tiket pesawat sesuai dengan kebutuhan customer
2). The Tour Package does NOT include flight tickets, but the FAL.ID Team can assist in finding suitable flight tickets according to the customer‘s needs3). Jika total peserta tour tidak mencapai jumlah minimal peserta (berbeda-beda untuk tiap negara), maka FAL.ID Team berhak untuk membatalkan tour tersebut
3). If the total number of tour participants does not reach the minimum number of participants (varies for each country), then the FAL.ID Team reserves the right to cancel the tour.4). STRICTLY NO OPER-SLOT / PINDAH NAMA
4). STRICTLY NO PASS-SLOT / NAME CHANGE5). Cancel setelah booking tiket hotel & setelah tiket konser dibeli = NO REFUND
5). Cancellation after booking hotel tickets and after concert tickets are purchased = NO REFUND6). Bagi customer yang sudah booking slot serta melakukan pembayaran untuk Tour Package, maka tidak diperbolehkan untuk mengganti jenis jastip menjadi Ticket Only. Jika demikian, maka slot Tour Package dianggap dibatalkan tanpa pengembalian biaya DP lalu buyer dapat mengisi form baru dan membayarkan DP kembali untuk mendaftar slot Ticket Only (jika slot masih tersedia)
6). For customers who have booked a slot and made a payment for the Tour Package, it is not allowed to change the service type to Ticket Only. In such cases, the Tour Package slot is considered canceled without a refund of the down-payment. The customer may then fill out a new form and make a new payment to register for a Ticket Only slot (if slot still available)
Sistem pembayaran Ticketing Services di FAL.ID dibagi menjadi 5, yaitu:The Ticketing Services payment system at FAL.ID is divided into 5 options:1) DP + FULL PAYMENT- 2x pembayaran dengan rincian: membayar DP dan Pelunasan
- Maksimal pelunasan yaitu H-1 ticketing atau penjualan tiket1) DOWN PAYMENT (DP) + FULL PAYMENT
- 2 payments with details: Make a down payment (DP) and then pay the rest of the payment.
- The full payment must be completed at the latest one day before ticketing or ticket sales (Day-1)2) DP + CICILAN MANUAL- FLEXIBLE dengan rincian: membayar DP lalu melakukan cicilan kapanpun dengan minimal setoran IDR 50.000 sampai H-1 Ticketing atau penjualan tiket
- Data cicilan akan di-update melalui e-mail customer setiap kali customer melakukan cicilan
- Jika customer membatalkan slot sebelum hari H ticketing maka DP akan hangus namun seluruh cicilan akan dikembalikan secara FULL
- Jika cicilan belum lunas sampai hari H ticketing, maka tiket tidak akan dibelikan dan DP hangus namun seluruh cicilan akan dikembalikan secara FULL2) DOWN PAYMENT + MANUAL INSTALLMENTS- FLEXIBLE with details: Make a down payment, then pay installments anytime with a minimum payment of IDR 50,000 until one day before ticketing or ticket sales (Day-1)
- Installment data will be updated via email to the customer every time the customer makes a payment
- If the customer cancels the slot before the ticketing date, the down payment will be forfeited, but all installments will be fully refunded
- If the installment is not fully paid by the ticketing date, the ticket will not be purchased, the Down Payment will be forfeited, but all installments will be fully refunded3) CICILAN MELALUI SHOPEEPAYLATER & CREDIT CARD- Metode pembayaran ini hanya bisa digunakan maksimal H-7 sebelum ticketing/penjualan tiket berlangsung. Contoh : Penjualan tiket dimulai pada tanggal 08 Agustus maka customer hanya bisa menggunakan metode pembayaran cicilan melalui Shopeepaylater maksimal pada tanggal 01 Agustus, jika sudah lewat dari 7 hari sebelum tanggal penjualan tiket maka customer dapat memilih metode pembayaran yang lain
- Metode pembayaran ini dilakukan dengan cara checkout melalui link Shopee yang nantinya akan dishare oleh admin
- Biaya tiket yang tertera pada postingan Instagram/X FAL.ID belum termasuk biaya admin Shopee yang nantinya akan dibebankan kepada customer3) INSTALLMENTS THROUGH SHOPEEPAYLATER & CREDIT CARD- This payment method can only be used up to 7 days before the ticketing/ticket sales date. For example, if ticket sales start on August 8, the customer can only use the installment payment method through ShopeePayLater up to August 1. After this period, the customer must choose another payment method
- This payment is done by checking out through a Shopee link that will be shared by the admin
- The ticket price shown on FAL.ID’s Instagram/X posts does not include Shopee’s admin fees, which will be charged to the customer4) CICILAN MELALUI BCA PAYLATER atau bank serta e-wallet lain yang menerima transaksi menggunakan QRIS- Metode pembayaran ini hanya bisa digunakan maksimal H-7 sebelum ticketing/penjualan tiket berlangsung. Contoh : Penjualan tiket dimulai pada tanggal 08 Agustus maka customer hanya bisa menggunakan metode pembayaran cicilan melalui BCA PAYLATER (atau bank serta e-wallet lain yang menerima transaksi menggunakan QRIS) maksimal pada tanggal 01 Agustus, jika sudah lewat dari 7 hari sebelum tanggal penjualan tiket maka buyer dapat memilih metode pembayaran yang lain
- Metode pembayaran ini dilakukan dengan cara scan QRIS yang nantinya akan dishare oleh admin
- Buyer wajib memiliki BCA PAYLATER (atau bank serta e-wallet lain yang menerima transaksi menggunakan QRIS) sebelum memilih metode pembayaran ini
- Biaya tiket yang tertera pada postingan Instagram/X FAL.ID belum termasuk biaya admin QRIS yang nantinya akan dibebankan kepada customer4) INSTALLMENTS THROUGH BCA PAYLATER or Banks and E-Wallets that Accept QRIS*- This payment method can only be used up to 7 days before the ticketing/ticket sales date. For example, if ticket sales start on August 8, the customer can only use the installment payment method through BCA PayLater (or banks and e-wallets that accept QRIS) up to August 1. After this period, the customer must choose another payment method
- This payment is done by scanning a QRIS code that will be shared by the admin
- The customer must have BCA PayLater (or a bank/e-wallet that accepts QRIS) before choosing this payment method
- The ticket price shown on FAL.ID’s Instagram/X posts does not include QRIS admin fees, which will be charged to the customer5) FULL PAYMENT- Biaya tiket langsung dibayarkan LUNAS tanpa membayarkan DP terlebih dahulu5) FULL PAYMENT- The ticket cost is paid in full upfront without making a Down Payment first
1). Dimohon untuk membaca T&C terlebih dahulu (kindly read the T&C first)2). Jika sudah memahami T&C, silahkan mengisi form booking slot yang terdapat pada link di bio Instagram/X kami (If you have understood the T&C, kindly fill-in the booking slot form on our link in bio Instagram/Twitter)3). Mohon menunggu admin mengirim e-mail konfirmasi untuk pembayaran, ya! karena pengecekan dilakukan secara manual, maka e-mail akan dikirim sesuai dengan urutan (Please wait the confirmation e-mail for the payment instructions! we checking the form manually so the confirmation will be send in the order)4).
